RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS To start a return, please contact us at support@vizorashop.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

  • Return Shipping Cost: For defective or damaged products, return shipping is Free. For returns due to customer remorse (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

DAMAGED, WRONG, OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@vizorashop.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

CANCELLATIONS You may request a cancellation before your order has been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned following our standard return procedure.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

  • Return Shipping: Defective, damaged, or incorrect products: No cost to you. We cover the return shipping.
